When I answer calls on my iPAQ, the caller cannot hear my voice clearly. What could
be the problem?
●
Ensure you have good network reception. If your device shows only one or two bars of coverage
then you are more likely to experience frequent disconnects. If you are indoors, try moving closer
to the exterior of the building since some concrete buildings can significantly reduce cellular signal
strength. If you work around a lot of electronic equipment, try moving away from it, especially if
that equipment also produces radio signals.
●
Make sure you have turned off the in-call mute function.
●
Make sure you are in a quiet environment. Excessive background or road noise can prevent the
caller from hearing you clearly.
●
If you are using a wired headset, make sure that the headset and the connector are not damaged.
Contact your headset manufacturer if problems persist.
●
If you are using a Bluetooth headset, ensure that you are within range of your device. Audio
quality will decrease as you get farther from your device and your headset may lose connection if
you get too far from the device. Contact your headset manufacturer if problems persist.
I cannot send a text message or multimedia message. What do I do?

operates efficiently. To check the free memory space, press Start , tap
