STEP 1: 

Note the Exciter A Vision power output readings. 

 

STEP 2: 

Lower the vision power of the standby exciter (Exciter B) and observe 

the vision power level when the RF PRESENCE LED changes state. This 
threshold point can be changed by adjustment of the SET control. The normal set 
point is 50% of the normal exciter vision output power. 
 

STEP 3: 

Note the Exciter A Sound (aural) power output readings. 

 

STEP 4: 

Lower the sound power of the standby exciter (Exciter B) and observe the 

sound power level when the RF PRESENCE LED changes state. This threshold 
point can be changed by adjustment of the SET control. The normal set point is
