Method of preparation
1.Take oil in a Microwave oven safe bowl, add garlic, ginger, red
chillies, red capsicum & stir. Place in the microwave oven, select
Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep, remove, add prawns, soya sauce, sugar, chicken stock
& mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave oven & press start
3.After beep, remove & add corn flour mixed in ¼ cup of water. Add
lemon juice & mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave oven & press
start. Remove beep, garnish with spring onion greens and coriander
leaves. Serve hot.
