4. Indicate how and when the refresh occurs.

○

Check the 

Refresh Worklist on Startup

 button to refresh the Patient Schedule from the

HIS/RIS each time the system is restarted. This box is selected by default.

○

Check the 

Refresh worklist only when button is clicked

 button to prevent automatic

updates and refresh the Patient Schedule from the HIS/RIS only when the user selects

Refresh List

 from the Schedule dropdown menu.

○

Check the

 Auto-Refresh Timing

 button to activate automatic updates to the Patient

Schedule. This box is selected by default.

○

Select the frequency of the automatic refresh using the dropdown list of time increments.

You can choose increments of time from 2 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Click [Save] to update Refresh Setup with your changes or [Close] to quit Refresh Setup

without changing the settings.
