4. My HPs (hanging protocols)
aren’t listed in QC (quality
control) Hanging protocols must be established in both the Viewing and Quality
Control tabs: Select Viewing>Manage Automated Hanging Protocol... or
Quality Control>Manage Automatic Hanging Protocol...
HP can be exported to disk from Viewing and imported into QC (or vice
versa). Detailed steps for export from Viewing follow:
1. Select Viewing>Manage Automated Hanging Protocols...
2. In the Name window of the Automated Hanging Protocols Manager
(Viewing) window, highlight the desired hanging protocol name and click
Export .
3. In the Export Hanging Protocol to XML file window, enter a name for
the selected hanging protocol and click Browse .
4. In the popup Save As window, navigate to the location where you want to
save the selected hanging protocol and click Save .
5. Click the Export... button to close the Export Hanging Protocol to XML
file window and click OK to close the Automated Hanging Protocols
Manager (Viewing) window.
6. Check the location of the new XML file.
Detailed steps for import to
Quality Control follow :
1. Select Quality Control>Manage Automated Hanging Protocols...
2. In the Import Hanging Protocol XML file window, first check the Use
Automated Hanging Protocol check box, then click on the Import... button.
3. In the Import Hanging Protocol XML file window, click on Browse to find
the XML file you want to import.
4. Navigate to the file location and highlight the XML file and then click
Open .
5. If desired, enter a new hanging protocol name for the incoming XML file,
then click the I
mport... button. Note that the Import succeeded message
appears.
6. Check that the imported hanging protocol name appears in the list in the
Automated Hanging Protocols Manager (QC) dialog box.
5. Centricity RA600 won’t allow
direct view Check box must be selected for direct view.
Select
Configuration>Viewing>General and check the Direct View box.
6. Cannot connect to film digitizer Ensure that you are licensed for the acquisition module and that the digitizer
software has been installed and configured.
