How do I log in if I forgot the admin password?

The short answer is you don’t. The long answer is please call our support line and they will help you 
regain access to the server.

How to choose the right HDD for my G-RACK 12 ?

• 

We recommend using HGST drives with your G-RACK 12. HGST drives are properly tested and 
certified to be completely compatible with your server.

• 

If you choose a different brand of drives, we advise that you use drives of the same size, 
manufacturer, and model throughout the system. This will help with performance, stability, 
system health, monitoring and allows for the same S.M.A.R.T. attributes.

• 

S.M.A.R.T. is used in the monitoring of drive health.
