Date & Time
The Time & Date option allows you to configure, update and maintain the correct time and date on
the internal system clock.
Adjust the date, time, and time zone according to the location of the NAS. If the settings are
incorrect, the following problems may occur:
•
When using a web browser to connect to the G-RACK 12 or save a file, the display time of the
action will be incorrect.
• The time of the event log displayed will be inconsistent with the actual time when an action
occurs.
Current time The current time of the G-RACK 12 will be dis-
played
Time zone Set the time zone from the drop-down menu
to the appropriate geographical zone closest to
your zone.
Use NTP server Turn on this option to synchronize the date and
time of the NAS automatically with an NTP (Ne-
twork Time Protocol) server.
