Now that you have users saved you can continue on to selecting the type of storage to which you
want your users to have access.
There are three options.
•
iSCSI Media Only - Your system should support large file-format video editing at a block level
(fastest data rates). Example application: Apple Final Cut Pro® X
•
Project Shares Only - Your system should support file-based Project Shares using SMB (Samba)
CIFS, NFS or AFP. Example application: Adobe Photoshop®
•
iSCSI & Project Shares - Your system should support both large file-format video editing (iSCSI)
and file-based Project Shares. Example applications: Adobe Premiere® Pro & AVID Media
