The [File Format] screen appears.

When [Color] or [Grayscale] is set for [Output
Color/Halftone], multi-page formats cannot be
selected. When [Black & White] or [Halftone] is
selected for [Output Color/Halftone], [JPEG]
cannot be selected.

xdw is the file format for Fuji Xerox DocuWorks, which allows you to view or output scanned
documents.
[Scan]>[Basic Scan]
Scan Resolution
This feature allows you to specify the resolution
at which to scan the document.
The larger the value is set, the finer the details
will become, but the data size will increase
accordingly. Setting a data size too large results
in a longer time in scanning and transferring.
Scan Resolution
The [Scan Resolution] screen appears.
Select the resolution from 150dpi, 200dpi,
300dpi, 400dpi, and 600dpi.
