Custom Buttons
This screen allows you to assign functions to <Custom 1> and <Custom 2> on the
Control Panel.
The functions that can be assigned are [Copy], [Scan], [Stored Programming], [Lan-
guage], and [Setup Menu].
To leave the button unassigned, select [Not in Use].
By factory default, the <Custom 1> and <Custom 2> buttons of the DocuWide 6035/
6055 are assigned to [Copy] and [Scan], respectively.
For the DocuWide 6035/6055 printers, the <Custom 1> button is assigned to [Lan-
guage], and cannot be changed, and the <Custom 2> button is disabled.

Default Language
This screen allows you select the language dis-
played on the machine from [
日本語
(Japanese)],
[English] and [
簡体中文
(Simplified Chinese)].
The factory default value is [English].
There are two ways of selecting the language:

Presetting with System Administration mode
This sets the standard language when the
machine is powered on, and this language set-
ting is retained after the machine is powered
off and on.
z
Selection by general user
When the system-default language is changed by a general user with [Language]
under the [Menu] screen, the change will be reset to the system default defined in
the System Administration mode after the machine is powered off and on.
