Delete Documents After Retrieval
Set whether to delete a document stored in a
mailbox when retrieving to a computer.

The document remains stored in the mailbox.

The document is automatically deleted from the
mailbox when retrieved to a computer.
Delete Expired Documents
Set whether to delete the documents in the mail-
box when the specified storage period expires.
No
The documents will not be deleted after the stor-
age period specified.
Yes
The storage period-expired documents will be deleted at the time specified.
However, failing to specify the storage period will retain the documents even if you
select [Yes] for this item.
Therefore make sure to specify the storage period as well.
