Gently slide the Roll Tray for Roll 1, Roll 2, Roll
3, or Roll 4 into the machine until it stops.
Using the Manual Feed Tray (Bypass)
When using cut sheets for copying or printing, load the cut sheet via the manual feed
tray.
Note
•
When changing the media types, size, or weight, ensure to change the media settings
before proceeding operations.

Align the size guides of the manual feed tray to
the size of the paper.

Align the right edge of the media with the size
guide, and insert the lead edge of media until the
machine blips.
The media automatically is fed, and it stops after
entering the machine.
Important •
Load media one sheet at a time.
•
When the lead edge of media is curled, insert
the media flattening the curled part of the
media by hand.
•
Hold the media while being fed. If you release the media when the machine blips, it may
result in paper jams.
