There are seve ral button s and indicator lights on the contr o l panel .
Their primary function s a re d e scribed b e low:
• The POWE R light glows green when the power is on .
• The REA DY light glow s gr e en when the printer i s ready to
accept data. Th i s light also f lick e rs somewhat during pr inting.
• The PAPE R OUT li g ht glow s red to indicat e that th e printer i s
out of pape r or the paper is loaded incorrectly .
• The ON L INE light glows green when the printer c an receive
data .
• The ON LI N E b utt o n sw itch es the print e r b e tw ee n o n -l i ne and
off-line stat u s. When th e print e r is on-line , the ON L INE light
glows and t h e print e r i s re a d y to acc e pt data .
