Using a wrench, unscrew the Swageloks securing the plasma coil to the front of the
RF generator and remove the coil.
NOTE
Plasma coil is not symmetric; take note of the winding direction before removing.

Thread the plasma coil alignment tool into a new plasma coil (Part # 10-5300-
008-12), and secure the Swagelok fittings by hand into the front of the RF
generator.

Tighten the Swagelok fittings by hand, and tighten an extra ½ turn using a
wrench.

Use the following procedure to insure the plasma coil is aligned properly and that
the torch is centered within the coils. This will ensure long-term ignition stability,
and reduce the possibility of torch melting.

Set the alignment tool (10-500w-001-14) and Torch (10-5000-030-00) off to
the side so no damage occurs.
