PREPARAZIONE ED ISPEZIONE
PREPARAZIONE GENERALE
Questa sezione contiene le informazioni necessarie all’opera-
tore per la messa in servizio della macchina ed elenca le veri-
fiche da effettuare con esito positivo prima di usare la macchina.
E’ importante che le informazioni fornite in questa sezione siano
lette e capite prima dell’uso della macchina. Accertarsi che
siano state completate con esito soddisfacente tutte le neces-
sarie ispezioni prima di mettere in servizio I'unita. Queste pro-
cedure hanno lo scopo di allungare la vita operativa della
macchina e di garantire la sicurezza della stessa.
PREPARAZIONE ALL'USO
Prima di mettere in funzione una nuova macchina, é necessario
ispezionarla attentamente per ricercare qualsiasi evidenza di
danni sofferti nel corso della spedizione, per poi procedere ad
ispezioni periodiche, come indicato nelle sezioni "Ispezioni pe-
riodiche e all'atto della consegna”.
Durante I'avviamento e la messa in funzione iniziali, la
macchina và controllata attentamente per verificare I'assenza
di perdite di fluido idraulico. Tutti i componenti vanno controllati
per accertare che siano assicurati in posizione.
Le attivita di preparazione destinate a porre la macchina in con-
dizioni di esercizio rientrano nelle responsabilita del personale
direttivo. L’ approntamento richiede buon senso (ad esempio
I'elemento telescopico fuoriesce e rientra senza intoppi e la ro-
tazione torretta funziona in modo appropriato) associato ad una
serie di ispezioni visive. I requisiti obbligatori sono elencati nella
sezione "Ispezione visiva giornaliera".
E necessario verificare I'ottemperanza alle indicazioni elencate
nelle sezioni "Ispezioni all'atto della consegna", Ispezione peri-
odica" e "Controllo funzionale giornaliero".
PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
GENERAL PREPARATION
This section provides the operators the essential information to
get the machine ready to work and list the checks to be per-
mormed with positive result before operating the machine. It’s
important that the infos given in this section are read and un-
derstood before using the machine.
Ensure that all the necessary inspections have been done with
positive out-comes before using the machine. These proce-
dures have the purpose of lengthening the working life of the
machine and ensure its safety.
MAKING READY FOR USE
Before to find out a new machine it is necessary to inspect it
carefully any evidence of damage sustained during shipment
and then to give it routine inspections as indicated in the section
"Inspections to be done routinely and on receiving the machine".
During start up and initial operation, the machine must be
checked to be sure thet there’s no hydraulic oil leakage. Chech
that every component is well fixedin his position.
The activities for making the machine ready for use come under
the responsibility of the personnel in charge. Make ready re-
quires common sense (for example the telescopic element
should extend and retract without encountering obstacles and
the turntable rotation should work correctly) combined with a
series of visual inspec-tions. The compulsory requisites are
listed in the section "Daily visual inspections".
It is necessary to verify that the directions listed in the sections
"Inspections on receipt", "Routine Inspections" and "Daily work-
ing order check" have been followed.
IMPORTANTE
Poichè il costruttore non è in grado di esercitare
alcun controllo diretto sulle ispezioni in loco e
sugli interventi di manutenzione, queste attività ri-
cadono sotto l'esclusiva responsabilita del
proprietario e dell'operatore.
IMPORTANT
Since the manufacturer is unable to exercise any
direct control over the inspections on the spot and
main-tenance work, these activities fall under the
exclusive responsibility of the owner and the oper-
ator.
