2.8 Changing from raised-from to flat-form buttonhole
Rule:
When the needle thread tension is open, the distance between the
releasing lever hould amount to
1,0 - 1,5 mm .
Setting:
–
Turn the crank until the needle thread tension 5 is closed.
–
Loosen the threaded pin 3 and turn the eccentric bolt 4 as far as
possible until the needle thread tension 5 opens to the max.
–
Tighten the threaded pin 3 .
2.9 Setting the upper needle thread tension
2.9.1 Way of the thread tension release
Rule:
When the needle thread tension is open, the distance between the
releasing lever should amount to
1,0 - 1,5 mm .
Setting:
–
Turn the crank until the needle thread tension is open.
–
Loosen the threaded pin 3 and turn the eccentric bolt 4 according
to the Rule .
–
Tighten the threaded pin 3 .
