2.3 Position of the bartack cam on the control disk
2.3.1 Cam for the first bartack
Rule:
When the stitch length lever 1 is in its right end position (beginning of
the back buttonhole seam), the bartack cam should lay onto the roller
of the roller support
2 .
Setting:
–
Manually bring the control disc into the position corresponding to
the rule.
–
Loosen screws 3 and move the cam in accordance with the rule.

Tighten screws 3 .
2.3.2 Cam for the End Bartack
Rule:
When the needle bar is in the right buttonhole seam and the stitch
length lever
1 runs back into the knotting stitch area A , the roller
support 2 should run down off of cam 5 .
Setting:
–
Manually bring the control disc into the position corresponding to
the rule.
–
Loosen screws 4 and move the cam 5 in accordance with the rule.
–
Tighten screws 4 .
