AT Commands
NOTE
The “W” dial modifier causes the modem to wait for dial tone regardless of the X
setting.
*X Exit Remote Access
Moves remote access down one level. When you enter an *X command during a Level
1 remote access session, access moves down to Level 0. When you enter it during a
Level 0 session, the remote access session terminates and the originating modem
returns to connect state.
-X Display Stored Switch Settings
Displays the current stored configuration switch settings.
:X
n DSR Time Delay
Where n is an integer from 0 to 255 representing periods of 12.5 milliseconds. Default
is 0. During MI/MIC operation, sets how long the modem waits before turning on DSR
(Data Set Ready).
NOTES
•
The :X command takes effect when :R1 is set. If the DSR signal is already On
before the connection, the :X command is ignored.
•
The modem supports this command in Dial Access Security. :R does not need to
be set.
\X
n XON/XOFF Pass-Through
\X0
Processes XON/XOFF flow control characters.
\X1
Processes XON/XOFF flow control characters and passes them through to the local or
remote system so that the local or remote device also processes the XON and XOFF
characters.
Determines whether XON/XOFF flow control characters pass to the remote or local
modem. With XON/XOFF flow control enabled on the serial port (\Q1) and pass
through enabled (\X1), the modem also transmits to the remote device any XON and
XOFF characters sent to the serial port from the local device.
