ACCESS TO OPERATOR'S PLATFORM

Steps and hand holds
WARNING
Fall hazard!
Clean the steps and access handles to remove
all traces of grease, oil, mud, and ice (in win-
ter).
Failure to comply could result in death or se-
rious injury.

Use the steps and hand holds when getting on or off the
machine. Use at least three points of support when get-
ting on and off the machine. The cab door must be locked
into the full open or full closed position before using the
door hand hold. The machine can be entered from either
the front or rear. The front entry is the recommended en-
try point.

Bulldozer blade entry
Enter the machine with the optional bulldozer blade using
the hand hold
(1) , the foot treads (2) and the step (3) lo-
cated on the push beam. Obey the DO NOT STEP safety
sign.
