7 - MAINTENANCE

Initial 20 hours

Track shoe bolt torque

Check the torque of the track shoe bolts after the first 20 hours of operation with a new machine or if the shoes have
been removed.

Prior operation:

Keep all unauthorized personnel clear of the area. Park the machine on level ground, in neutral with the parking
brake applied, and the attachment lowered to the ground. Make sure that all residual pressure is relieved from circuits
before beginning maintenance.

1. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown for the stan-

dard track shoe.

2. Torque the standard link bolts
