8.9 Manual mode
During normal operation (unit ON), the unit may need to be controlled manually, especially for commissioning/service requi-
rements. In this way, a specifi c device can be excluded from the control algorithm and switched off or operated at a certain
percentage.
When at least one device is operated in manual mode, the unit status shown on the main screen is “manual”.

Important: during manual operating mode, all alarms, interlocks, safety times and delays are enabled. Manual mode ends
when the user switches the device from “manual” to “auto”.
When the unit is switched back to automatic operation, control resumes and progressively reaches the
same status as prior to entering manual mode, via the incremental PID control algorithm.
Note
: manual mode remains active even after a restart due to a power failure.
8.10 S ave confi guration
After setting all of the desired parameters, the resulting confi guration can be saved so as to be able to restore the same condi-
tions subsequently or copy the confi guration to another controller. The export fi le is in .txt format and contains with the default
values of the variables.
Important: when loading a confi guration, all of the parameters are set to the value saved in the fi le, and therefore any sub-
sequent changes will be lost.
Important: unplug any USB cables connected to the USB device port (k.Air large) before loading a confi guration.
8.10.1 S ave/load to the controller’s internal memory
Save confi guration
Procedure:
1. access screen Ac99;
2. select “Export” and “Internal fl ash memory”;
3. type the fi le name and confi rm;
4. a confi rmation message is shown to indicate that the operation was successful.

: write down the name of the fi le containing the confi guration for subsequent operations.
