Load LTR-size paper.

The paper drawer loaded with the correct paper

size is not inserted into the machine.

Load the indicated paper size in a paper drawer.

key while this message

appears, copying will be performed with the

currently selected paper size.

Self-diagnostic (Error) Displays

Self-diagnostic (error) messages appear in the touch panel display at the following times:

■

When copying cannot be performed because of an operational error.

■

When you need to make a judgment or take some action during copying.

If a self-diagnostic message appears, follow the instructions in the touch panel display.

Romove the paper from the Finisher and press start key.

Copies from the previous copy job remain in the

Finisher.

Remove the copies from all of the trays, then

press the

Start

key.

Connect the Finisher to the main unit.

The Finisher is not properly connected to the

main unit.

Connect the Finisher to the main unit properly.

Return pg.1 to the top and press the Start key.

Copying was stopped due to a problem with the

feeder.

Arrange the originals in page order with the first

page on top. Place the originals back in the feeder

original supply tray, then press the

Start

key.

Remove the paper from the output tray

Copies from the previous copy job remain in the

output tray.

Remove the copies from all of the trays, then

press the

Start

key.
