Remedies
1. If an error continues to occur despite performing the remedies described here, please contact a Canon
representative or distributor.
Before making your inquiry, be sure to make a note of the type of error that occurred, its number and details,
and then explain the situation in as much detail as possible.
2. If an error occurs immediately after taking an image with PREVIEW IMAGE set to [DISPLAY] on the
CUSTOMIZE DISPLAY screen (
→
Setup Guide), do not touch [ERR] displayed in the lower right side of the
message area until the preview image appears.
