DRIVING
•
The vehicle speed remains under 35 km/
h;
•
Fog lights/turning lights are turned on or
the vehicle is turning in an emergency.
System Limit
HMA may be accidentally triggered or may
not be triggered in some conditions. Should
these occur, the driver has to control the
lights as necessary.
•
The vehicle is running on a road where
there are poorly lit up traffic participants
(e.g. Pedestrians, bicycles, etc.), railways
or waterways nearby, or wild animals.
•
The front windscreen is covered with
fog or dirt or blocked by labels or
ornaments.
•
The vehicle is running in an environment
where there is strong reflection (e.g.
expressway traffic signs, puddles on the
road surface, etc.).
CAUTION!
•
In the event of a collision or re-
installation of the sensors, contact
a BYD authorised dealer or service
provider to calibrate.
Wipers Control
Front Wipers Control
Move the wiper switch forward/backward
to the corresponding position. The wiper
motions will be as follows:
Fast
In this position, the front wipers move fast
at a set frequency.
Slow
In this position, the front wipers move
slowly at a set frequency.
Auto/Intermittent Wipers
Tap on /
> Vehicle Settings >
Driving Comfort Adjustment
on the
centre console touchscreen to enable
Auto
Wiper
.
When in this position, wipers work
automatically according to rain detection if
the Auto Wipers function is enabled.
When in this position, the wipers enter
intermittent mode if the Auto Wipers
function is disabled.
In auto wiper mode: rotate the adjustment
switch to adjust the automatic wiping
frequency.
In intermittent mode: rotate the adjustment
switch to adjust the intermittent frequency.
