CHARGING
141
»
In order to ensure proper charging
power flow, it is not recommended
that any of the vehicle's high-power
electrical appliances - such as air
conditioner - is turned on.
»
It is recommended that the vehicle
is parked in a ventilated place when
charging.
•
Using the control box triangle hook:
hang the hook after charging to prevent
damage to the charging cable.
•
The charging system stops automatically
when the battery is fully charged.
•
To interrupt charging, it is necessary
to first turn off the power supply
equipment before disconnecting the
charging adapter.
•
Pulling Out Charging Connector After
Charging:
»
Stop charging and unlock the charging
connector.
»
Hold the charging connector and pull
it out horizontally.
»
Do not forcibly pull out the charging
connector when the charging port lock
is activated. Doing so may damage the
charging port.
•
After the charging connector is
unplugged, reinsert the charging port
protection cover and close the port
hatch.
•
Make sure the charging equipment has
been disconnected before powering on
the vehicle.
•
If the vehicle has not been used for
an extended period of time (over one
month), it is recommended that it is
fully charged before driving in order
to prolong the battery life. It is also
recommended that vehicle is charged
once a month whenever it is not in use.
•
When the battery is found to be too hot
or too cold, the system automatically
activates the battery cooling or heating
function.
•
When the battery cooling or heating
function is activated, it is normal for the
charging time to be slightly delayed and
the charge to increase slightly.
•
The time required for a full battery
charge varies according to the charging
mode, SOC, battery temperature, service
time, ambient temperature, and other
conditions.
•
If the charging port hatch is frozen and
cannot be opened, use hot water to
open it, do not force it open.
•
In hot weather, charge the vehicle in a
cool and ventilated place.
CAUTION!
•
When the charging port hatch is
locked, do not force it open.
•
When the charging port protection
cover is fully open, do not close the
charging port hatch.
Charging Mode
To avoid battery power loss, thus
compromising driving experience, it is very
important to promptly charge and estimate
SOC requirement before driving.
The vehicle features the following charging
modes:
•
Scheduled charging (Charge the vehicle
regularly at a scheduled charging time)
•
Instant charging (Start charging
immediately after the charging
connector is connected or operated)
REMINDER
•
Scheduled charging mode only
supports AC charging.
