REMINDER
•
The foot motion must be under the
centre of the rear bumper to trigger
the sensor.
• If there is water or snow on the rear
bumper, the motion sensor may have
a delayed reaction. Once the water/
snow is removed, the motion sensor
will return to normal.
• When the boot lid is just about to
close fully, there will be no response
to the foot motion.
Opening/closing the boot with
interior switch
When the boot is closed, pull the interior
boot switch to open the boot. As the
boot lid is opening, pull the switch again to
stop its motion.
When the boot lid is open, pulling this
switch and holding it for over 1s will close
the boot automatically. Letting go of the
switch will stop the boot motion.
Opening the boot from outside
With the vehicle unlocked, press the
external boot lid release button to open the
boot.
With the vehicle locked, press this button
while carrying the remote control key to
open the boot.
As the boot is opening or closing, press the
external boot lid release button to stop the
boot lid motion. Pressing this button again
will make the boot lid reverse its motion.
Closing the boot from inside
When the boot is open, press the close
button to close it.
As the boot lid is closing, press the close
button to stop its motion. Tapping this
button again will make the boot lid reverse
its motion.
