Checking receiver jar You check the receiver jar (1) (see Figure 25-73 )
and overflow container (2) on cleanliness.

Steps To check the receiver jar, follow the steps in
Scheme 25-26 .
STEP ACTION
1. Check before main cleaning the glass and the interior of the receiver jar
(1) (see
Figure 25-73 ) and the overflow container (2).
Clean, no milk residues.
