Steps To lubricate the robot arm guides for the X, Y and
Z axis, follow the steps in
Scheme 25-16 .
STEP ACTION
1. Pump grease in each nipple (1) (see Figure 25-40 , Figure 25-41 en
Figure 25-42 ) of the robot arm guide for the X axis.
Give each nipple 5 strokes of grease.
To do this press the handle (1) (see
Figure 25-47 ) of the
gun very carefully.

2. Repeat step 1 for the nipples (1) (see Figure 25-43 and Figure 25-44 )
of the robot arm guide for the Y axis.
3. Repeat step 1 for the nipples (1) (see Figure 25-45 and Figure 25-46 )
of the robot arm guide for the Z axis.
