STEP ACTION

Unscrew the bolt (1) (see

Figure 24-15

) which fixes the tooth belt

between the tie rod and one clamping block.
The line (2) at the tie rod displays where to locate the middle of the

tooth belt.

Remove the tooth belt.

Put the middle of the new tooth belt on the third notch (1) (see

Figure

24-16

) of the clamping block at the tie rod.

Tighten the tooth belt with the bolts between tie rod and clamping
block.

Place the tooth belt around the white pulleys (1) (see

Figure 24-17

) at

both sides of the tooth belt.
