10.4. Resetting system
WARNING!
You are strongly advised ONLY to reset the
system, if it is necessary to shut down your
complete system.
ABSOLUTELY do NOT reset the system, if your
system is operating.
WARNING!
When resetting your system, you will NOT be
asked for confirmation.
Description You have to reset the system, in case the system
does not work any more. In this case you can
restart one of the control programs ( Table 10-1 ).
Table 10-1 Control programs
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Guppy Controls the camera.
Services Control the processes in the milking box.
BRIData Connects the BRI database.
Steps To reset the system, follow the steps in Scheme
10-4 .
STEP ACTION
1. Open the
SERVICE
tab of the
SERVICE
window.
2. Select the desired milking box.
3. Press one of the following buttons:
BUTTON DESCRIPTION
Restart Guppy (2) Restarts the
GUPPY
program.
Restart services (3) Restarts all services which are required for the
process.
Restart BRIData (4) Restarts the
BRIDATA
program.
