5. Place a clean/new microplate on the balance and tare the balance.

the dispense protocol.
8. Place the plate on the balance and record the
Total Dispense Weight
in the
worksheet.
9. Using a calibrated hand pipette or the Peri-pump, add the specified amount of
deionized water to each well to raise the fluid level for optimal reading.
