Cleaning the Fluid Inlet Filter
Warning! Internal Voltage.
Turn off and unplug the
washer for all cleaning operations.
Periodically clean the fluid inlet filter (PN 49943) that is located next to the
vacuum port on the rear panel of the instrument. To clean the filter:
1.
Unscrew the fluid inlet fitting from the back of the washer (see
Figure

).
2.
Note the orientation of the filter in the fitting (the cone-shaped end of
the filter points “in” toward the instrument) and then remove the filter
from the housing.
3.
Wash the filter with hot water and a soft-bristled brush.
4.
Rinse the filter, then replace it in the fitting and reinstall onto the rear of
the instrument.
