These volumes are sufficient for performing the standard and
supplemental Evacuation Efficiency tests, plus the Dispense
Precision test. In most cases, enough fluid will be left over to re-run
a test, if necessary.
If you will be performing the annual OQ with the external valve
module , you will need several additional liters of deionized water.
