This rung compares 1 tag, “SoftStartTimeEntry”, to another tag, “OldSoftStartTime”. This allows the ladder to perform a sequence if the first tag
(assumed for example purposes to be coming from an HMI, but can also be changed from Data View). It will Copy the new value to the old value tag,
and then start the Write/Read confirmation sequence. When the value read from the soft starter is equal to the new entry, the sequence resets.
