DS31 is assumed to come from an HMI (C-more for example), and when a new value is entered,
it will not be equal to the old value, and this difference will set C11. That will start the
Receive/Send sequence. Then, the new value is copied to DS32, which will turn off the rung.
This rung will be activated, until DS31 is equal to DS41, which is the Received value from the unit.
When equal, the sequence is reset.
