2.3 SRAM memory
The AT32F413 series contain up to 16 KB of on-chip SRAM which starts at the address 0x2000_0000.
It supports byte, half-word (16 bit) and word (32 bit) accesses. In addition, AT32F413 also provide a
special mode that supports dynamic switch between 16 KB and 64 KB of SRAM. This is done by setting
the EOPB0 bit. In 64 KB mode, Flash memory size (zero wait sate) is limited to 64 KB, while in 16 KB
mode, the zero-wait-state Flash size is limited to 112 KB.
