5.20 Tramlines
Tramlines can be created on the field. Tramlines
are seed-free tracks for fertilising and plant care
implement used later.
The tramline can also be created as an interval
tramline. In doing so, the tramline is seeded in
recurring freely selectable intervals.

When creating the tramlines
the number "0" or a symbol appears on the
control terminal, depending on the equip-
ment.

The tramline metering wheels (Fig. 102/1) can
rotate freely on the seeding shaft.
The tramline metering wheels are driven by the
gear wheels (Fig. 102/2) on the lay shaft.
When creating tramlines, the lay shaft and the
tramline metering wheels do not rotate The tram-
line metering wheels do not spread any seed.
The lay shaft can be equipped with a maximum
of 5 gear wheels (Fig. 102/2) on each side of the
implement.
