12.3.4 Bottom flaps, check basic position
Adhere to the inspection intervals,
see section "Maintenance schedule", page 191.
1. Close the shutter when the seed hopper is
full.
2. Empty the seed housing, see section
Emptying the seed hopper and seed
housing, page 185.
3. Set the bottom flap lever (Fig. 244/1) in the
group of holes (Fig. 244/2) at scale value 1.

4. Check whether the prescribed distance "A"
is adhered to in every seed housing.

The distance "A" (Fig. 245)
between the bottom flap and metering wheel
is 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm.
5. Set the prescribed distance with the bolt
(Fig. 245/2).
