Troubleshooting and Test Functions
Sychronization Lost
Sychronization Lost
During an analysis, the internal synchronization or communication between
one or more of the modules in the system has failed.
The system processors continually monitor the system configuration. If one
or more of the modules is no longer recognized as being connected to the
system, the error message is generated.
Probable Causes
•
CAN cable disconnected.
•
Defective CAN cable.
•
Defective main board in another module.
Suggested Actions
❏
Ensure all the CAN cables are connected correctly.
❏
Switch off the system. Restart the system, and determine which module or
modules are not recognized by the system.
❏
Ensure all CAN cables are installed correctly.
