6.2 Attaching and connecting the Push Feeder KINETIC
The wire feed control system can be fed with welding wire from a wire drum or wire spool.
► Attach the Push Feeder KINETIC in line with the instruction leaflet BEI.0417.0.
► Connect the encoder control lead to the Controller KINETIC and the Push Feeder KINETIC.
► Connect the motor control lead to the Controller KINETIC and the Push Feeder KINETIC.
6.3 Shortening the wire guide for the cable assembly
New wire guides must be shortened to the actual length of the cable assembly.
► Please note the enclosed wire guide assembly instructions in relation to handling the wire guide.

Insert the wire guide until it reaches the stop in the cable assembly.

Shorten the wire guide on the front side by dimension a

Insert the wire guide until it reaches the stop in the cable assembly.

Secure the wire guide with the set screw
