ISIS protocol regards the interface failure.

The reason for interface invalid may be as follows:

If this interface is deleted, ISIS protocol regards that this interface
is invalid.

If ISIS can not find the corresponding physical interface, then it
regards that this interface is invalid.

If the interface encapsulation type changes, ISIS regards that this
interface is invalid instantly.

If this interface switchovers from one ISIS instance to another,
ISIS regards that this interface is invalid instantly.

This interface is up physically, but ISIS does not regard it as UP.
For example, if the interface IP address is deleted suddenly, ISIS
regards that this interface is invalid.
