Because one securityaccess item is set to ON state. Multiple secu-
rity access entries are in ON state on a non-stack master device.

Influence

The item in ON state currently will not take effect when the alarm
occurs.

Recommended

Operations

Reduce the number of entries whose state are ON, for which we
can set the states of entries not needed to OFF and re-set the state
of specific entry to ON.
