Check the fiber connection between ONU module and OLT module.
This alarm is called bit error rate alarm in EPON project. This alarm
can be opened and closed by using command and set alarm switch,
alarm monitor direction and alarm threshold. In default, this alarm
is enabled and the monitor direction is up-down-link, the value is
10( unit:10

). If the alarm need to be closed configure “alarm
bit-error-rate disable “ on OLT interface. If the monitor direction
and threshold need to be modified configure the command
