Cause
When adding a security access entry, we find that the same entry
has existed. Generally, this alarm will not occur. It's a prompt
used when operation error occurs on a non-stack master device in
stack system.
Recommended
Operations
Retry with another security access entry name; if this problem still
exists, it's an internal processing consistency problem and please
contact ZTE engineer.
