Sub-code 1: Transmission unit failure (1+0) caused by the RMU alarm (IF loss of lock;

modulation part is not working properly; baseband part is not working properly);

Sub-code 2: Transmission unit failure (1+1) caused by the ODU alarm (Tx RF PLL
