Handling Procedure

Clock > PTP > Global Configuration
and check whether the packet loss rate
threshold is reasonable in case of Ordinary Clock.

Ensure the network connections between the master and the slave are correct.

if all PTP ports have alarm 134243766 “1588 clock PTP link abnormal”.

Effect on the System
The 1588 reference clock source is unavailable, and the system performs changeover to
other reference clock source through the clock protection function.
Possible Causes
l
The threshold configuration is unreasonable.
l
Network problems occur, for example, the cable is faulty.
Handling Procedure
Check the network connection of all PTP links.
