8.6.1
Ultraviolet water filter
The Ultraviolet filter sterilises the water supply to remove any
bacteria not removed by the water filters.
The Microfilter Ultraviolet System reduces harmful contaminants
such as cysts, bacteria, viruses, and other biological pathogens
from drinking water. The system purifies water at a rate of 1
gallon per minute. The chamber material is polypropylene with a
stainless-steel lining
.
The UV filter should be changed annually.
8.6.1
Water Chiller
The water chiller chills filtered mains water to deliver cold drinks
between 3
o
C and 5
o
C, there are no user setting to control the
temperature of the cold water from the chiller.
The water outlet valve is part of the chiller which controls the flow
of water to the dispense head.
8.6.1
Dispense head
This is where the water and the juices combine to deliver a mixed
drink into the bottle. The dispense head is removable for
cleaning.
8.6.2
Juice pumps
Juice pumps control the amount of juice dispensed into the bottle
and run for a time set in the drink recipe in seconds. This can be
calibrated to match the water ratio. An optional 3
rd
juice kit can
be added to the machine.
