Conduit seals installed, packed, and poured once electrical checkout complete and all wiring verified.
Paint conduit seal red once poured.

Danger / warning stickers installed on each piece of equipment as required by Customer and VERSUM
MATERIALS, INC. safety protocols.
G.
Voltage level warning stickers installed on each piece of equipment as required by Customer and
VERSUM MATERIALS, INC. safety protocols.
H.
Complete the VERSUM MATERIALS, INC. Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI) and verify the
ORI is signed off by Customer representatives.

Verify Customer Safety Level 2 (SL2) approval for Hazardous Gas is complete.
