5.15 - Front seat rear assembly

Page 81

Remove the panels and place a MICRO paste over the previously excavated core.

Reposition panel in place, test fit. Take advantage of the MICRO paste and make a small

radius at the glue places. Laminate these with 2-ply BID tape 2 inches wide (1 inch

overlay on each surface).

Be careful with the centering of this console’s panel.

After preparing the panel, excavate the upper core and pass a MICRO paste over

the excavated core. Allow healing. Make a radius on the outer edges so that the panel

follows the top finish of the panel.

Front seat rear assembly

Cutout from the 2-layer prepreg panel provided on the rear sides of the front seat.

Position the lower front side of the finish in place. Mark the line that extends on the rear

edge of the fuselage on the fuselage. Remove the liner and draw a line parallel to the

previously marked one passing through the rear edge of the main spar box (this is where

this part is placed). Test the fit and if necessary make the necessary adjustments. Dig the

core, and fill it with a MICRO folder. Use the paste to make a small radius at the junctions

of this and the fuselage, laminate with 2-ply 2-inch wide BID tape (1-inch overlap on

each side). Repeat the procedure for the other side. Allow them to heal.
