Bottom coating lamination
The largest portion of the undercoat glue line is very critical. A fit test that conveys
the impression of the surface is good practice for this. Locate all areas of the bottom liner
which will be glued in the assembly and sand these areas and test fit on the top surface to
verify the contact of the parts. After a satisfactory fit, drill holes to align the cladding with
clecos on the leading edge with a distance of 10 cm between them. Place plastic tape over
the aileron inspection cover area. Apply a thick layer of FLOX/MICRO about ¼ inches
above the surfaces you wish to glue, assemble the liner in place and place sandbags over
the glue areas, use clecos in the leading edge holes. allow the FLOX/MICRO heal.

Fixation of the aileron's 21 inspection panel cover
Replace the cover in place. Drill 2 holes on the front of the cover and another 4 on
the side area as shown in the figure below. Place anchor nuts on the flanges on the inner
side of the wing. Ream the holes in the inspection cover for placement of the flat head
screws.
